REIKI THERAPY
Reiki is an holistic Japanese form of energy healing which reduces stress and provides a deep sense of relaxation that facilitates the body's ability to seek balance and homeostatis. Administered by a "laying on of hands" to fully clothed individuals lying on a massage table, Reiki energy promotes health and well-being as energy blockages from built-up stress and trauma are released. Reiki complements and enhances the benefits of traditional Western medicine by stimulating improved circulation, strengthening the immune system and providing relief from acute or chronic pain and side effects of medication. Reiki can provide significant relief from anxiety, depression and insomnia while bringing a sense of inner peace, clarity and emotional stability.

As a practicing Occupational Therapist for over 30 years I came to study Reiki in recent years in my desire to find additional ways of serving the autistic population of children I presently service. As I have studied energy medicine and Reiki vibrational healing I have become completely convinced of the innate ability of human body to heal itself. A holistic approach is essential for total well-being. Reiki vibrational healing stimulates our bodies to seek a natural balance and harmony. As a Reiki Master I am humbled to be able to provide this healing service for you, to teach and attune those interested in learning Reiki for their own personal self care. |

As a Reiki practitioner my job is twofold - to facilitate your own body's innate ability to heal itself through Healing Sessions and to teach you to facilitate your own healing through classes and seminars. My goal is for you to achieve balance and a sense of well-being that will enable you to live your life to its fullest.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui System of Natural Healing, and a level two Karuna Reiki Practitioner. In order to more fully serve clients, I am currently finishing her certification as a Life Coach from the Spencer Institute. |
